Refund Policy

We believe in transparent and fair refunds. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days after we receive the returned item.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method. For COD orders, we may request your bank account details for a safe transfer.

• Shipping charges (Rs. 150) are non-refundable.

• Products not meeting return conditions (damaged, used, or missing packaging) may result in a partial refund or rejection.

• In cases where you receive a defective or wrong product, we will prioritize your refund or arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
